Electrical Compliance of Properties
There are many countries that require real estate property sellers to obtain an electrical compliance certificate before they can put up their properties on the listing. Licensed electrical assessors usually inspect the residential and commercial building to check if the property has met the electrical installation standards designed by the government. If the property has passed all the requirements, the landlord is then given the certificate and is allowed to rent out or sell his property. On the other hand, should a house or building’s electrical system fail the standards, the owner is required to overhaul the electrical wiring of the property until it finally passes the installation standards of the government.
